Produce understandable client reports with separate workspaces, consistent campaign names, aligned periods, and verified business outcomes.

Client boundaries come before presentation

Keep each client’s resources and collaborators in an appropriate workspace. Branded domains and readable aliases help clients recognize their campaigns, but branding is separate from access control.

Check member roles before sharing operational access. A campaign report should not expose another customer’s destinations, files, or contact details.

Build reports around the campaign goal

Define which placements are being compared and which period applies. Distinguish ordinary link clicks, QR scans, and Bio Page interactions instead of merging them into an unexplained total.

Use consistent channel and campaign names, and export the relevant records when needed. Explain changes in destinations or distribution that affect the comparison.

Confirm results outside the redirect

Bookings, leads, and sales must be verified by the destination or client’s business system. A clicked contact link is a useful signal, but it is not a completed lead.

Close the report with the evidence and the next campaign decision. Describe any analytics or attribution limits so the client can assess the conclusion.
